Sunday 1st April 2012  don't be a fool and miss it?
         This will be the 10th Anniversary.

Kootingal is situated 17km East of Tamworth NSW.
 
There will be many commercial and non commercial attractions on the Kootingal Sports Oval. These will include:
 
 A wide range of Caravans and Motor Homes on display.
 A wonderful collection of shearing handpieces and model ploughs
 Vintage and Veteran Cars.  Children's amusuments, Face Painting etc.
A large number of stalls featuring local craft, Jams and preserves, Jewellery, leather goods and much much more will be there to tempt you.
Pumpkin Princess and Pumpkin Pirate Judging at 9.45am at the Kootingal school Hall.You won't go hungry. The Kootingal Lions Club will be serving up delicious steaks and sausages. The Kootingal CWA have Pumpkin soup/Damper, Pumpkin scones.
There will be hot chips and chicken rolls, Stuffed potatos and pumpkins, many types of ice cream and even cups of Goji juice.
 
Local wines will be avaliable for tasting and sale.
 
Music will be provided by local artists and you must not miss the Pumpkin Princess pagent which will also include the Pumpkin Pirate competition.
 
Gates will be open from 6.30 am for exibitors  and the public will be admitted Free of charge at 9am.
 
SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS for 2012! 
WOODCHOPPING once more comes to Kootingal for the Festival.
Shearing demonstrations featuring a demountable and portable shearing shed, as well as shearing sheep, blindfolded.
Open Art Show commencing Friday 30th March 2012 till Sunday 1st April 2012
